I was waking up this morning by going on line and drinking coffee and I mentioned the 50 shades posts, above, to my partner. She looked up from the academic journal she was reading, lifted up her sweat shirt to expose one of her juicy boobs, and said "I don't need that."

My guess is that most people read ONLY the sex scenes and skip the bad prose.

Magic act, your quotes sound like entries in a deliberately bad writing contest of "it was a dark and stormy night" fame. It might be worth reading for the humor alone.

Reminds me of the Anne Rice (writing as A. N. Roquelaure) Sleeping Beauty Series, also 3 books. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Claiming_of_Sleeping_Beauty I bought, and enjoyed that series years ago. It's a shame that Ann Rice has changed her writing style, she had real talent.

I bought the first book today. The woman at the register suggested that I buy all 3 since they had them in stock. I guess women buy the first one and within a day or so they are back for the 2nd and 3rd. The store has been sold out for over a week and just got a shipment in. I told her I would come back if the first one was worth the paper it was written on.

My local toy store has been out of weighted kegal balls for months. I stopped in and ask them if their sales pattern had changed at all and the clerk told me women come in with different passages marked and ask for the items mentioned. She laughed and said they can't even order the kegal balls, they are on backorder.

When I clicked on the link, the first thing that came up was an ad for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (I Am Mormon).
